**Policy of delivery of orders of the online store of handmade goods**

4.3 Confirmation of receipt of the order by the Buyer (signature on the documents or code from sms) is the basis for completion of delivery.
**5. Change of delivery conditions**
5.1 The Buyer has the right to change the address or method of delivery before the order is shipped by contacting the support service.
5.2 In case of change of delivery conditions after the order has been shipped, additional costs may be incurred.
**6. Return of goods**
6.1 In case of returning the goods, shipping is paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by law or the Shop's return policy.

8.1 Please note that we are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged parcels once they leave our fulfillment center.

8.3 By purchasing on our website, the customer agrees and understands that the responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels leaving the fulfillment center rests with the customer and the applicable third party carrier.
8.4 However, as a valued customer, our Customer Service team will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of delivery.
**9.Shipping Terms**
9.1 Shipping is a service provided by a third-party carrier that is associated with the customer's order and is not related to Candles, Herbs & A Little Magic Shop.
9.2 The Candles, Herbs & A Little Bit of Magic Shop is responsible for all purchases until they reach the hands of any of our third party delivery partners.
9.3. Once the package leaves our hands, all shipping issues are completely out of our control.
**10. Incorrect mailing address**
10.1 As a buyer, please double check that you are sending the parcel to the correct postal address.
10.2 Contact our support team as soon as possible if you notice an error.
10.3 We are not responsible for parcels sent to the wrong postal address as a result of an error made by the buyer at checkout.
